7-Day Return Window

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order in the UK. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.

14-Day Return Window

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order outside of the UK. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unopened.

  • The perfume or cologne must be in its original packaging with the seal intact.

  • The product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  3. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Inspection and Refund

  • Returned items will be reviewed and inspected to ensure they meet return requirements.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly.
